Terms of Service: The Magnolia Venue Rental Shop

Welcome to The Magnolia Venue Rental Shop. Please review the following terms regarding the use of our shop and its offerings:

1. Client & Venue-Specific Rentals

  • All rental items are exclusively available to clients of The Magnolia or The Trillium venues and are not open to the general public.
  • Rentals are available only for use at The Magnolia or The Trillium venues on the client's reserved event date.
  • Items are not for sale, cannot be used at other locations, and will not be shipped under any circumstances.

2. Inventory, Availability & Setup/Placement

  • The Magnolia Venue Rental Shop shares inventory between The Magnolia and The Trillium venues, and all rentals are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Adding items to your cart and completing checkout does not guarantee availability or reserve items.

  • All rentals will be placed in a predetermined location based on the client’s finalized floor plan and set-up by The Magnolia prior to the start of the rental period.

3. Order Fulfillment & Payment

  • Once your order is submitted, our team will review inventory and fulfill available items.
  • Your credit card will not be charged at checkout. Charges are processed only after we confirm item availability and allocate rentals to your event.
  • If any items in your order are unavailable, they will be removed before processing payment.

4. Service Fee

Each order is subject to a one-time flat $200 service fee, which includes event day setup and teardown of rental items.

  • This fee applies to all items ordered for the same event day, not per order.
  • If you’ve already placed an order and would like to add additional items, please contact us at info@themagnoliavenue.com for assistance in waiving the service fee for items added to your existing order.

5. Wedding Date Requirement

A confirmed wedding date at The Magnolia or The Trillium venues is required at checkout. Rentals are exclusively for use on the reserved event date.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through The Magnolia Venue Rental Shop:

  • Can only be used toward rental items listed on the site.
  • Are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
